Virtru Newsroom Webpage
Virtru’s newsroom serves as a key touchpoint for journalists, partners, and the public seeking information about the company. However, the existing experience lacked clear information hierarchy, easy navigation, and essential media resources.
Business Insider Feature Case
A mobile-first feature was designed for Business Insider to enable readers to highlight and share specific article excerpts rather than entire links. The solution integrated with native text-selection behavior to create a familiar and intuitive experience, while providing multiple sharing formats for different contexts. The project focused on balancing user needs, business goals, and platform constraints through wireframes, interaction design, high-fidelity prototypes, and usability considerations that improved content sharing and audience engagement.
Climate Magazine
This magazine is a typographic project centered on the Climate Crisis font—not as decoration, but as subject matter. The publication examines the font’s form, history, cultural meaning, and emotional impact, positioning typography itself as both content and commentary.
Nest Prototype
Nest is a calm, multi-intentional social connection app designed specifically for American University students. Unlike dating-app-style platforms that prioritize engagement metrics and fast judgment, Nest centers intentional connection, emotional well-being, and trust.
Rolls Royce Dash
This project is a small automotive dashboard concept created to explore how digital interfaces can support a luxury in-car experience. The goal was not to build a fully researched product, but to experiment with visual hierarchy, brand feeling, and simple navigation within a vehicle dashboard environment.
Yahoo News Redesign
The redesign transforms Yahoo Originals into a more cohesive, brand-driven experience by refining visual hierarchy, improving spacing, and introducing clearer navigation systems. It shifts the platform from a dense content feed toward a more structured and intentional editorial environment. Insights from conversations with David Marshall Jr., Head of Visuals, helped inform key decisions, providing a deeper understanding of Yahoo’s mission, purpose, and brand identity, which guided the creation of a more unified and recognizable user experience.
BlackPrint Magazine
As the Creative Director of Blackprint, my role was not just to design a zine, but to build an experience—one that felt intentional, culturally grounded, and visually cohesive from beginning to end. Here are some of my designs.
